eating capacity at the arena hovers around 20,000 depending on the type of event scheduled, falling to 17,500 when configured for Gladiators (arena football) home games. Other professional tenants include the Devils and Nets, with the Seton Hall Pirates playing college level basketball here as well.

Numerous entertainment and community events fill in the dates between sports games, ranging from concerts by acts such as Bruce Springsteen to graduation ceremonies for area schools.
